Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS If you cancel with less than 48hours notice OR fail to show to your appointment, we ask for 100% treatment fee as it is highly unlikely that we would be able to fill your slot in such a short space of time. If you are 15minutes+ late to your appointment, your treatment will be automatically cancelled and full payment will be asked for. Deposit will also be lost. DEPOSITS We kindly ask for £10 non refundable deposits for ALL treatments. Deposit must be paid with 12hours of creating booking to secure space. When you come in to The Parlour, you may put your deposit towards the treatment, or if you decide to re-book in with us, deposit can be rolled over to next appointment. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 48hours notice, your deposit will also be lost. If you reschedule your appointment with MORE than 48hours notice, deposit will be transferred to new appointment (as long as booked WHEN cancelled, if not, deposit will be lost). PATCH TESTING Patch tests are a requirement for all new clients who are having specific eyelash and eyebrow enhancement treatments. We will not carry out a treatment without seeing you for a patch test and consultation, please schedule this in when booking. PAYMENT METHODS We accept bank transfer, cash and card payments at The Parlour, making it easy for you. GENERAL Please knock at the time of your appointment, if we are ready for you sooner, we will come out to greet you. If the salon door is locked, we are either on our lunch break or have a private treatment in process e.g., facial. We will unlock the door at the time of your appointment. If you arrive early and salon door is locked, please wait outside and refrain from knocking on the house next door, we will be with you at the time of your booking. Please note that we do not leave cash unattended. Cash is locked away and isn’t left in the salon.
