The effects of chemotherapy is nasty and scary - this treatment can also make a massive impact on a person's appearance, skin, mental health and hair, including eyelashes.
If you are unfortunate enough to know somebody or be somebody who is going through chemotherapy, The Pretty Parlour have a small fix for eyelashes, which can also help build confidence back up for a cancer patient.
My Story
I am so keen to help others going through this horrible treatment, as my Mum has been going through the same sort of situation on and off for my whole lifetime and it has got to the point where the situation is upsetting.

The chemotherapy drug has affected her in many ways, including her eyelashes. Mum has had eyelashes for a very long time now (we are talking years and years and years), but unfortunately she is rapidly losing her natural eyelashes, meaning we will be unable to provide lashes for her in the near future.

One option we have for chemo-clients is still having eyelash extensions if natural lashes are still apparent, even if they are extremely weak and sparse. We offer delicate, natural lashes that suit your face and eye shape, giving you some confidence through this incredibly tough journey you are/will be facing.

Another option for those chemo-clients who have unfortunately lost all lash hair and cannot have extensions anymore is for The Pretty Parlour to custom make reusable strip lashes that are carefully mapped out to suit your face and eye shape. This is a better method than buying a random pair of strip lashes from a shop counter, as these lashes are luxurious and bespoke to you.

We teach you how to carefully apply, remove and care for your handmade strip lashes, enabling you to be a strip lash pro, and feel confident that you can have nice lashes whenever, wherever.
